TERMS OF SERVICE

By choosing to buy a commission from me, you agree with the following terms:

  • • I only accept payment through Paypal invoice.

  • • There is no estimated time frame unless stated otherwise. non-commercial work often takes several months to be completed, regardless of their type and the circumstance. This is entirely out of my control, and something I am willing to explain further via email if necessary.

  • • No deadlines/birthday/gift art.

  • • Your commission will be drawn in my style. I will not draw in a specific style of another artist, nor will I acknowledge stylistic choices made in your references.

  • • Unless you are buying a NSFW commission, please keep the references clean/SFW, and otherwise warn me beforehand if this is not possible.

  • • I reserve all rights to the illustration. If you do not want it shared to social media you need to inform me beforehand.

  • • You are not allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes. You are allowed to post the artwork to blogs, social media, etc. But commercial rights need to be discussed beforehand and separately.

  • • I revise artistic mistakes made in the character's design for free. Heavy revisions and multiple changes made to product require extra payment. If you are uncertain of what that includes, do not be afraid to ask.

  • • Refunds are available if I feel as though I cannot deliver a satisfactory product, or if the product is never started and received.

  • • Please do not ask for refunds because you changed your mind halfway through, or if the product is nearly done.

ADOPT/CUSTOM POLICY

The following rules are in regards to character designs purchased from me, or custom designs commissioned from me. These designs are for personal use only.

  • • I reserve all rights to the artwork. The designs are for personal use only, and you may not use them in monetized games, books, or for the sole purpose of earning profit.

  • • Please contact me directly before reselling a design purchased or traded from me.

  • • You may not use the designs for commercial purposes. Commercial rights must be discussed separately, and the rates and terms are vastly different.

  • • Once purchased, you are free to make minor changes to the design to fit your personal use. This includes: Swapping colors, adding details such as scars or other similar features.

  • • If you are interested in buying the full rights to a design, contact me at [email protected] to further discuss the details.

—The above rules apply to designs I've created myself—Examples of what I consider monetary use include: mass-reselling of custom designs, upselling or surcharging for designs purchased from me, or using my designs to promote and advertise a personal business such as a streaming or social media account, youtube channel, or events etc.

NFT POLICY

  • • I am against NFTs.

  • • Under no circumstances may you sell my designs or any purchased artwork as an NFT.

  • • By purchasing artwork from me, you thereby agree to these terms.

• Robots/Mecha/Complicated machinery.
• NSFW art depicting real people or minors.
• Complicated armor.
• Complicated/busy backgrounds.
• IRL pet portraits.
• Painted anthro art.

EXPERIMENTAL COMMISSIONS

BASE PRICE - $70

• How does it work? You fill out the form linked below like with a regular commission. I will draw in whatever style feels most comfortable but will take artistic liberties with the piece, and take it as an opportunity to experiment with various elements.• The base price includes the clients references/suggestions + everything and anything I feel like adding.• You may specify things you would like me to not draw, as well as make suggestions for what you would like to see but the commission will ultimately be a bit of a wild card.• I will never finalize additions without the client's consent.

  1. Do you negotiate prices?

  2. - Yes, but how low I go varies depending on what you are looking for.

  1. Do you accept payment plans?

  2. - It varies depending on the situation, but I am flexible and these things can be discussed further via Email.

  4. How long will my commission take? And what if I need it by a certain date?

  5. - I do not allow time sensitive non-commercial work, and commissions can take up to several months for me to complete regardless of complexity.

  7. When do you open commissions?

  8. - Public commissions are available when I have the time (which could be anywhere between once a year or once a month) but are open 24/7 for Patrons.

  10. I want to commission more than one piece from you, how does that work?

  11. - Just submit several forms for each type. I will always specify which concept I'm referring to when contacting you back.

  13. How do I know if my commission was accepted?

  14. - I will email you.

  16. How long do I have to wait to hear back regarding commission acceptance?

  17. - A week at most.

  19. I have something else in mind for my commission, and it isn't listed anywhere on your page.

  20. - There is an "Other" option on the form, just be sure to select that and elaborate in the text box. However, I can't always guarantee its availability.
